Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority


Beginning on August 3, 2020, any applications for a commercial medical marijuana permit shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee in the amount of $2000.00 for the initial inspection annually and $300.00 for each additional inspection. A separate permit will be required for each location, and the permit is nontransferable. The permit shall be valid for one year and shall expire on the last day of the month in which the permit is issued of the year following issuance or renewal of the permit. The permittee shall apply for renewal of the commercial medical marijuana business permit at least forty-five (45) days before the expiration of the permit.

An application for a commercial medical marijuana permit shall be made to the County on the Certificate of Compliance forms provided by the State of Oklahoma for that purpose or other forms prescribed by the County.

An inspection of the proposed medical marijuana business by the authorized agent of the County shall be conducted by the Central Oklahoma Economic Development District and shall be required prior to issuance of a permit.
